An intimate perfume blending workshop at Yates in Leo

Join me at Yates in Leo for a little scent exploration, creative blending, and perfume-making magic.

During this two-hour workshop, we'll explore the wonderful world of perfumery—learning about fragrance notes, different types of aromatic oils, blending ratios, and how to build a scent that's uniquely yours.

You'll have access to a beautiful (and slightly overwhelming, in the best way) collection of essential oils, premium fragrance oils, and aroma molecules.

Think bright bergamot and lemon, soft jasmine and violet, warm amber and sandalwood, earthy patchouli, intriguing Iso E Super, and plenty of other delicious things to discover.

What you'll make:

You'll create two 5ml bottles of your very own perfume to take home.

All Yates perfumes are alcohol-free and blended in a skin-friendly fractionated coconut oil base.

No experience necessary! You'll have plenty of hands-on guidance from me, and the freedom to experiment. There are no wrong turns here—just happy accidents and the occasional questionable scent combination. It's all part of the fun.

A little sipping, snacking & smelling

Light snacks and drinks will be available throughout the workshop. You're also welcome to bring your own favorite beverages or snacks to enjoy while you blend.

A few things to know before you arrive:

• Come fragrance-free! Please skip your perfume or scented body sprays that morning. Your nose will thank you, and you'll be able to experience each note without competing fragrances.

• Bring an open mind. Some notes may surprise you. Others might become your new obsession.

• Arrive on time. If you're more than 20 minutes late without calling ahead, your seat will need to be rescheduled.

• Keep the magic in the workshop. The studio will close following our session and won't be available for after-workshop gatherings.

The little details

A reminder email will arrive the day before your workshop, along with directions to help you find my studio. Because finding your way through the building shouldn't be the most mysterious part of your day.
